"More than Motivation" - 12 weeks $1050 **
Create healthier habits with weekly personal coaching sessions that keep you motivated and accountable that includes:

**$80 per session after initial 12-week commitment- can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Payment is due at the time of service. Invoices are sent securely and easily through email using Square. (Packages can be divided into 3 payments)
Please check with your physician and insurance; some cover coaching for weight loss and allowable with your HSA.
